Shipping policy

At EmmyPes Furnitures, we deliver furniture to customers across Kenya. Customers can also choose to pick up their order in store at our Utawala showroom.

Delivery Charges
A flat delivery fee of KES 400 applies to all orders within Kenya. In-store pickup is free. For locations with restricted access (narrow entrances, staircases, upper floors, gated compounds), additional handling charges may apply and will be communicated before dispatch.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
Custom-made furniture may need extra production time, which we will share when your order is confirmed.

Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. We operate 7 days a week, including public holidays, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Delivery Arrangements
We will contact you to confirm your delivery address, contact details, and preferred delivery time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, as incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your furniture on delivery and report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 24 hours, in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.
