2. Where are you located?
Our showroom is located at Rubis Utawala, Along Eastern Bypass, Nairobi, Kenya. You are welcome to visit daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM to inspect furniture in person.

3. How does delivery and store transport work?
We deliver furniture across all 47 counties in Kenya. Store transport price varies based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the furniture pieces. In-store pickup at our Utawala showroom is completely free. For delivery in Nairobi and countrywide, send your exact location on WhatsApp to +254 712 008 516 and our dispatch desk will give you an exact transport quote before you pay.

4. How long does delivery take?
For Nairobi and Kiambu, in-stock furniture is delivered within 24 to 48 hours via store transport. For upcountry deliveries across Kenya (Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nanyuki, Naivasha, etc.), transit takes 2 to 4 business days via consolidated truck transit or trusted regional cargo. Custom-made furniture will have production and delivery timelines confirmed before work begins.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa and bank transfer. For customers within Nairobi and Kiambu, pay on delivery is available for in-stock furniture items upon arrival. For upcountry orders, payment is confirmed prior to dispatch via verified logistics.

7. Can I visit your showroom before making a purchase?
Yes. We strongly encourage customers to visit our showroom at Rubis Utawala along Eastern Bypass to inspect timber grain, leather quality, and cushioning comfort firsthand.

8. Do you sell office and commercial furniture?
Yes. We supply executive leather office lounges, conference seating, ergonomic mesh desk chairs, study desks, and security safes for corporate offices, hotels, and schools.

9. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, our solid mahogany beds and hardwood living room pieces are built for multi-decade durability. Selected items include structural warranties; contact us for specific terms on any product.

10. Can I return a product?
Yes. Eligible returns are accepted in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy. Products must meet return conditions.

11. What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?
Our handlers blanket-wrap all items carefully. If any issue occurs during transit, please contact us immediately on delivery with clear photos and we will repair or replace the affected piece promptly.

12. Can I cancel my order?
Orders for ready inventory can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Custom-crafted furniture cannot be cancelled once timber cutting and joinery have commenced.

13. Do you offer custom-made furniture?
Yes! We custom-build mahogany beds, dining sets, upholstered sofas, and office seating to custom dimensions, fabric textures, and stain finishes.

14. How do I care for my furniture?
Dust wooden furniture with a soft microfibre cloth and apply beeswax or wood polish periodically. Wipe leather sofas with specialized leather balm. Avoid direct prolonged exposure to extreme weather or harsh chemical detergents.
