Balcony sizing and elevator clearances
-
Measure balcony depth
Ensure at least 1.5 metres of clearance for swing chairs so the egg seat can sway freely without touching balcony railings.
-
Check elevator and stairway dimensions
Confirm lift door height and depth before ordering large three-seater sofas or king headboards.
-
Select weather-resistant outdoor cushions
Ocean-facing balconies experience sea mist and morning humidity; quick-drying cushions stay fresh longer.
-
Order living and balcony together
Coordinate living room recliners, coffee tables and balcony swing chairs into a single delivery for your building.
